Being a plus sized woman I often feel limited in costume choices for Halloween.  Because of my size I usually have to think outside of the box when choosing my Halloween costume. Thankfully there are now some great plus size Halloween costumes out there to choose from if I want to go with something off the rack, like a cheerleader or a pirate. But this year I think I’ll go with something I put together myself.

I like to be original in everything I do, so of course my choice of Halloween outfit is no different.  And I also don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on something I will wear once for a few hours.  I figured this year Id make my own sexy costume for Halloween.  I want to do sexy without going over board so I figured if I went as a vampire I could get the look I was going for without being uncomfortable.  A simple floor length black dress is really all I need. And one of those long flowing black Halloween wigs that go almost to the floor.  Some heavy eyeliner with red lipstick will complete the outfit and I’ll be all ready for our Halloween party. And if I want to, I can always add a pointed hat, some warts and dress as a witch when handing out the Halloween candy.  And who knows? If I chose the right black dress I may actually be able to wear it out after Halloween.
