It has been a long time since we moved into our house and we have loved every moment here.  But our family has grown since we bought it just five years ago, and we just don’t have enough room anymore.  So, we have been in talks with a Tampa FL realtor and he will be going to show us some homes today.

Sadly this isn’t the first Tampa Florida realtor that we have dealt with.  In fact, he would be the fifth one, but we are happy with our choice.  The ones before him were more concerned about the commission that they were going to make instead of our needs.  But we were not afraid to pass up on the other ones and find one that was going to work for us – not for their paycheck.

So we are going to look at five properties today and there are a couple that look really promising.  We wanted to get a home with a garage (since we are used to one already) and five bedrooms, so our selection has been a little more limited than we would have liked, but I am looking forward to checking out the ones we have on our list.

Maybe today will be the day we find our new home – I can’t wait!
