Shrinking As We Get Older

I am a few inches shy of five feet tall and in my mid-twenties. That’s small. So you might understand that I have something of a paranoid fear about the fact that adults tend to shrink as they get older. I simply can’t afford to lose any inches! And I know for sure that it happens in my family because my grandma was taller than my mom (who is 5′2") when I was a kid and now she is as short as me.

Because I have this paranoid fear that I’m going to shrink to the size of a child by the time that I get old, I have done a lot of research into what happens to our bodies as they age. And I recently found out something that terrified me a little bit. It’s not just our height that we lose as we get older. The organs in our body actually start to shrink as we age!

Can you imagine that? Our liver and spleen and kidneys all start to get smaller as we get older. Our heart may even shrink as we age! There are certain things that we can do to prevent this shrinking. We can take hgh supplements (hgh is a hormone that helps maintain the development and growth of the body) and we can maintain good nutrition. I know that I’ll be looking for where to buy hgh just in case this shrinkage starts to happen to me!
