Do I Like Gossip?

You bet I do! I am totally that person who is grabbing all of the gossip magazines in the grocery store checkout lane. And unless one of my favorite shows is on, I am glued to one of the entertainment news shows that dish the dirt on all of the celebrities. In fact I caught myself commenting to one of my friends that I was disappointed that Britney Spears has been behaving herself so well and staying out of the tabloids.
Of course we are talking about celebrities though, so we will never really have a shortage of material for the tabloids. Whether it is Kourtney Kardashian, Lacey Chabert or AnnaLynn McCord, we can always count on somebody slipping up and entertaining us with their volatile exploits.
And really that is all the gossipy tabloids are, right? It’s all about the entertainment factor. Plus, any press is good press to these figures. Few of them really set out to be role models. Instead, they are all just trying to maximize their fifteen minutes of fame. And when you think about it, the easiest way to ensure you remain in the media is to do things that might shock people. You have got to love it!
