Have you ever heard of something called inside sales outsourcing? It’s another way of really helping your company to get the word out. In this day and age and in this economy, companies can use all the help they can get! Whether it’s through telesales consulting or some other means, I think now is the time it would really behoove you to bring in some professionals to help out!
My husband has his own business and he’s tried direct mailing, gifts to potential clients, ads—the works! But when it comes to the net, he just doesn’t know all that’s out there for him. I don’t know who possibly could! So whether it’s just some sound advice on telemarketing or how to position your company name so that it pops up on those search engines, now is the time to take full advantage and not rely on the same old stand-bys.
I feel so very sorry for people that rely on a small business to get by. This economy is just shooting holes in everything, and if you’re selling what people consider to be an “extra” rather than a necessity, you’re really having a tough time. And I don’t think it’s even possible to get a loan right now just to pay for the professional sales help you so desperately need.
